2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: full name and email address. We also record technical browsing data (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited and access time) through cookies and similar technologies, always respecting your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the data to: (i) send you informational communications about projects, news from the Argentine real estate market and educational content; (ii) improve the site and measure its performance; (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25.326) and, where applicable, on Arzovix's legitimate interest in operating the site securely.
5. Data retention
We retain data while your subscription is active or until you exercise your right to erasure. Technical data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months.
6. Recipients
Data is not transferred to third parties except when required by law or to service providers acting as data processors (transactional email, analytics and hosting), always under adequate confidentiality and security agreements.
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases we require adequate safeguards in accordance with Disposition 60 E/2016 of the Agency for Access to Public Information.
8. Data subject rights
As a data subject you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, erasure and objection by writing to hola@arzovix.com. You may also file a complaint before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page with its update date.
